Returns & Warranty Policy

At Endurance™, we stand behind the quality of every tip, chalk, and accessory we sell. Our goal is to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

All Endurance™ products are manufactured to our exacting standards. If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will make it right with a replacement or refund.

Because cue tips and chalk are performance products that are typically installed or used immediately, we cannot accept returns on used items.

We do accept returns or exchanges on unused, uninstalled products within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in their original packaging.

• Cue Tips: Warranted against manufacturing defects prior to installation.
   
• Chalk: Warranted against defects in packaging or formulation.
   
• Other Products: Covered for manufacturing defects for 30 days after purchase.
   

Installation errors, normal wear and tear, and damage caused by misuse are not covered under warranty.

• If the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item), we will cover return shipping.

• For all other returns, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs.
